Well, so far I have ran 1.5 miles in two days and let me tell you, it is by no means because I am lazy. That 1.5 miles is already kicking my butt. My legs are extremely sore and feel like they haven't been stretched in years. To all my fellow MSP cadets think the first morning after real PT. Yep. It feels like that. I think this time when I finally get to the 'in shape' stage of this fitness thing, I'm going to try and stay there. For a long time. It's too much work to get there and quit and then trying to get there again. So far today i've eaten a peanut butter and banana sandwich on wheat bread, some laughing cow cheese on crackers, and some banana bread. Okay, so it's not the healthiest sounding.. but it could be a lot worse! I'm going to try doing a workout video tonight before I go to sleep so maybe that will cancel out some of that banana bread ;)
